Elizabeth Hernandez and MJ Paul

Elizabeth is a global business leader, with over 12 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development. She studied Innovation and Business Management in Mexico, Business in Germany and Project Management in Canada, she brings a global perspective to building meaningful systems that create real impact.

She leads operations and management, driven by a clear purpose: to change lives by creating opportunities that truly empower people.

MJ built a multi-hyphenate career as an actress, dancer, and content creator, working across major television networks and global streaming platforms including Paramount+, Nickelodeon, Netflix, Amazon, Hallmark, and OWN.

Her firsthand experience navigating the entertainment and creator industries gave her a deep understanding of how creators are discovered, positioned, and compensated—and where the system falls short. MJ leads The Merge’s creator strategy, partnerships, and brand vision, building a creator-first platform grounded in lived experience, not theory.
